It's ideal for large groups, with space for 31 people (including fold-out beds) and can be booked on a self-catering basis.
Self catering groups have the exclusive use of the guesthouse and all its facilities. All rooms have TV, DVD player, kettle and cups and an initial supply of tea and coffee as well as en-suite shower rooms with wc, hand basin, liquid soap and shower gel.

The large guest-lounge / breakfast room with great views over the village and beyond, has a social area with leather sofas, an open fireplace, a small library of books, games, toys, DVDs, guide books and maps & local information files. The breakfast area has enough seating for all guests at the same time. There are 2 highchairs available. The kitchen, which is commercial in style, has metal work surfaces, professional coffee maker, industrial dishwasher, 6 ring stove and large oven, ice maker, fridge, industrial microwave, plenty of cookware, utensils, glassware and china. All balconies have patio chairs and the garden which guests are welcome to share with the owners, has a small children’s play area and garden furniture (subject to season). At the front of the house is ample parking for at least 10 cars. A football and tennis rackets and balls are available during the summer and snow sliders and wooden toboggan in the the winter, free of charge.
Included in the price is an initial supply of logs for the open fireplace in the guestlounge (winter only), Breakfast supplies, (enough for the first morning, including fresh rolls, toastbread, fruit juices, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, homemade jams, honey, cheeses, meats, yoghurt, butter, milk, tea and coffee.), final cleaning, bed linen, towels and all taxes.
Prices per week are based on 18 people sharing:
Off season: 01 April - 30 June 08: & 01 September - 13 December 08 : 2940Euro
Mid season: 01 July - 31 August 08 : 3250Euro
Peak season: 14. December 08 - 11 January 09 : 3625Euro
For groups in excess of 18 people: 10.50Euro per additional adult and 5.25Euro per additional child, per day is charged
Cots: 16Euro per week
Changeover day: Peak season: Saturday only. All other seasons: flexible
Minumum stay: Peak season: 7 days. All other seasons: 4 days
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the property. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards or Euro bank transfer. Cheques are NOT accepted.
Departure time:10am: Arrival time:4pm or later. Please provide an approx. arrival time.
