1. You can reserve a room, by paying a 20 % deposit within 4 days of making a provisional booking. The balance to be paid on arrival at the guesthouse. To receive any of our special offer deals, full payment MUST be made at the time of reservation.
FOR WALKING HOLIDAY PACKAGES ONLY: To reserve a place, a 20 % deposit must be paid within 7 days of making a provisional booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to holiday date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by Euro bank transfer.
3. Departure time is 10.00 hours. Arrival time is 16.00 hours or later. We ask guests please to adhere to these times, to allow us sufficient time to clean rooms, etc. between lettings. If possible please let us know an approximate arrival time, so we can ensure someone is there to greet you.  
4. The Guesthouse and its grounds are NO smoking zones.
5. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed.

Cancellation and Alteration Policy.

All cancellations and alterations to bookings MUST be made in writing. Post, fax or email is acceptable.

For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date,

• A full refund will be given, less any credit card or bank charges incurred.

For cancellations of 14 days or less, prior to the arrival date.

• For bookings paid in full, in advance, we will automatically refund 80% of the monies paid. The remaining 20% deposit, less any credit card or bank charges incurred, will ONLY be refunded if we are able to re-let the rooms.
• For bookings where a 20% deposit only has been paid, we will refund, in full, less any credit card or bank charges incurred, ONLY if we are able to re-let the room.
   

FOR WALKING HOLIDAY PACKAGES ONLY: We reserve the right to cancel the holiday if there are insufficient bookings. In which case an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
 
Travel insurance is strongly recommended!
