The Bayerischer Wald along with the Sumava National Park in the Czech Republic, and other protected regions, cover an area in excess of 2,000 square kilometers. This forested area is often referred to as “the green roof of Europe”. It has glacial lakes, castles, mountain views and a rich culture

Why walk with us?
Our walking holidays offer not just an escape from the stresses and strains of today’s hectic lifestyle, but also provide great exercise in the fresh air, in a wonderful location as well as comfortable, affordable accommodation. You should return home relaxed, revitalised and energised. Isn’t that what a holiday should be all about?

How we walk
Our walking groups consist of no more than 16 people. Each walk is guided by native English speakers, who live in and know the area well. We offer single centre walking holidays with itineraries that are flexible and fun, showing you the best of the area by foot and taking in local sights, culture and more.
